VIAN Design House: Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  - Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping.

  - Damage must be verified with an image or video sent to info@viandesignhouse.com.

  - Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  - No Returns/Replacements on Sale Items.

Return Process:

  - Provide video/photo proof of the damage for initial verification.

  - Refunds* will be issued only after we inspect the returned product upon receipt.

- Replacement & Credit Voucher:

  - No returns, only replacements are available.

  - If a replacement is not suitable*, a credit voucher equal to the purchase value will be issued, valid for 1 year.

Size Issues:

  - Seamless replacements are offered for sizing issues.

  - Please refer to the size chart before making a purchase.
